General Terms

Please read these terms of use carefully before using this web site and/or the products or services provided. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and/or the business or employer you represent (will be referred in this document as “You”) and Sanal Mimarlar Ltd. (will be referred in this document as “SM Digital”). The software and the services provided by SM Digital will be referred in this document as “Services”. By accepting the terms, you state that you are over 18 years old and you are eligible to enter into these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the web site and/or the products or services provided. SM Digital has the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms at any time. Buysoci.al is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.

The Licence

The services provided by SM Digital under these Terms are licensed, not sold, to you. The Services are for your own use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of Services in any way to anyone else. You accept to not to misuse Services. SM Digital may suspend or stop providing Services to you for any reason, including for non-compliance with our terms or policies.

The Account

You have to open an account to use the Services. You may not transfer or sell your account and/or User ID to any other party in any condition. You personally guarantee that you have the authority to represent business entity you register. You may not register with a user name other than the business you represent. SM Digital is the only authority to make changes to usernames and may make any changes and amendments to any username at its own will. SM Digital may change the ownership of usernames and/or transfer the usernames to other parties (ie. legal representative of brand names etc.) You determine your password when you are creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. SM Digital cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage regarding this matter. You need to enter your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Instagram API. We don’t see or store this information. SM Digital may delete all the information on closed accounts and may give the username to someone else. The information on closed pages will not be recovered.

The Fees, Billing

By agreeing to these terms, you are giving SM Digital permission to charge your credit card. SM Digital does not store any credit card info on its system. SM Digital may use third party payment systems. Fees and any other charges resulting from using the Services may change from time to time. You will be charged monthly, unless it is stated otherwise.

The Content

The content on your page is your responsibility. By publishing the content you state that you own the rights of that content. SM Digital has no responsibility or liability for any content on your page. SM Digital is not responsible for any links on the page and/or the pages these link direct to. SM Digital may delete any content it sees necessary. Although you own the rights of your content, SM Digital may copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute this content in relation with its Services.

NO WARRANTY: The Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SM Digital does not state or warrant that the site, software, content and the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. SM Digital disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

You waive and shall not assert any claims or allegations of any nature against SM Digital in any way relating to your use of the Site, the Content or the Services. In no event shall the aggregate liability of SM Digital, exceed the membership fee of three months.

Termination

SM Digital reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Services without notice and in its sole discretion. If you want to terminate your membership, it is your responsibility to inform SM Digital. If your credit card has been already charged, there will be no refund. You may use the month you pay for and you may stop getting Services the following month.
